These fresh, vibrant and modern wedding ideas are just so achingly beautiful. Take the cake table for starters, it’s just magnificent. The macrame backdrop really is a show stopper, bohemian luxe cool, with greenery blooms and simple cake creations at the forefront. Any wedding would totally be upping the cool stakes with one of those right?
It doesn’t end there though as the natural florals throughout really work so well with the paired back bridal looks and candle laden tables. It’s just the perfect balance of rustic and chic, all in neutral colour tones. Botanical Macrame Wedding Ideas
From Rebecca at Vanir Creations the shoot organiser;
“The idea behind the shoot was to bring the outside in, we wanted to focus on beautiful seasonal British flowers and foliage with a bohemian twist. The use of Abbeywood Estates Glass House fitted perfectly as we wanted to utilise lots of light to show off the intricate detail of the Macrame Backdrop, cakes and wooden props. We used semi naked cakes with fruits and foliage and lots of wooden props to emphasise the beautiful botanical theme. We also wanted to make great use of the beautiful British Gardens with dreamcatchers floating in the wind. The Barn at abbeywood was a perfect showcase for a more romantic feel with the candle light later in the day.”

“The floral arrangements created by Camomile & Cornflowers are a reflection of her garden, wild, fragrant, beautiful and slightly quirky. I love to grow delicate, fragrant flowers and herbs then blend them with unusual foliage from my 3 acre mature garden in Worcestershire to reflect nature in all its form. Growing and arranging my own flowers allows me to create unique, wild and delicate designs for all occasions. And despite our weather I only use British flowers, herbs and unusual foliage. I also try to grow as organically as possible and do not use floral foam which takes 100s of years to degrade.
For this photo shoot I used a lot of unusual foliage – mainly shrubs and ferns – narcissi, hellebores, alstroemeria and snowdrops. The foliage hoop and heart were made by myself using willow, birch and moss from the garden.”
